DDR3 Memory for New Dell PowerEdge Servers & Precision Workstations

1GB to 8GB Unbuffered and Registered DIMMs in DDR3-1333 and DDR3-1066

May 6, 2009-Dataram today announced a full product line of DDR3 memory upgrades for Dell's next generation of PowerEdge servers and Precision workstations that feature Intel's latest Xeon 5500 series "Nehalem" processors. Intel's 5500 processor series integrates the memory controller inside the chip, providing greater bandwidth and performance. DDR3 memory technology has the ability to double the data rate of DDR2. Dataram's JEDEC-compliant DDR3 memory modules have been fully validated and available in a variety of capacities, types and speeds to match whatever memory configuration our customers require. You may chose either Unbuffered or Registered type memory for the system. DRL1333U - Unbuffered DDR3-1333/PC3-10600 Memory Upgrades DDR3-1333/PC3-10600 ECC Unbuffered DIMMs are available in 1GB, 2GB and 4GB capacities and are typically limited to providing up to 24GB of memory for Dell PowerEdge servers and Precision workstations. DRL1333R and DRL1066R - Registered DDR3-1333/PC3-10600 Memory Upgrades DDR3-1333/PC3-10600 and DDR3-1066/PC3-8500 ECC Registered DIMMs are available in 2GB, 4GB and 8GB capacities and provide up to 144GB of memory for PowerEdge servers and Precision workstations.
